COSL Goes 100% Digital with Mobydo's Smart Permit Solution

Mobydo - A Norwegian based developer and provider of a 100% digital solution for safety clearance of work has successfully implemented their PTW solution Smart Permit on COSL Prospector. This is the 4th successful implementation on COSL rigs - which means that COSL is 100% digital and compliant within the Control of Work area.  

Torfinn Kalstø (ICT Manager), COSL Drilling says: “Mobydo Smart Permit solution was installed on our Prospector rig early May. The installation time took only a few working days to be fully operational on the rig. As the solution is built on industry common guideline 088, the need for training of crews was being minimized significantly. This is a highly intuitive solution making it very easy for us to use and operate. After only 4 days in operation more than 70 simultaneous Permit to work jobs were coordinated daily.
